Nominations for Officers and Ordinary Committee Members have now closed.
There are two nominations for Captain (Paul Davis and Mike Dowell) and eleven nominations for nine committee members.
In anticipation of some positions being contested those present at the Committee Meeting on 12th July 2010 agreed that a facility to vote be made available for members not able to attend the AGM.

In consequence members may exercise their right to vote by sending, in writing, either by post or by email, a statement of their voting intention to the Committee Chair, Martin Francis, by post to 130, London Road, Twickenham, TW1 1HD or by email to martinjfrancis@blueyonder.co.uk.

Members may vote for up to nine of the names listed.

If you cannot attend the AGM votes for Captain and for ordinary committee members must be received by Martin no later than 1200 noon on 31st July (the day before the AGM).
