50% of the cost of the blazer will be payable when a completed order book is sent to Collier and Robinson. Details of how to pay will be sent out after the cut off date.
How to order;
The order form is attached at the bottom of this page. The completed form should be sent to Lisa Davidson or to captain@twickenhamrc.net
The deadline for orders is Sunday 7 February!
The instructions of how to use the order form (and prices) are on the form and the second worksheet is an example should you need it. Basically, have a look at column A for the options under each heading, and, in the yellow box in the same row place an X for that option. ALL you have to do is fill in the relevant yellow boxes, everything else is part of the form, then look in the red boxes for your final prices. One is based on a single order of your type of blazer, the other is a discounted price if we meet a minimum number of order for that blazer type (I believe it’s 6).

The Options- chose one of each of the following;
· Blazer- There are two types, the more expensive is made from 100% wool, whilst the other is a polyester/wool blend.
· Edging- This is to do with the magenta trim, I believe double edging refers to the trim being on both the outside and inside of the blazer, whilst single is on the outside only.
· Club Embroidery- This is mandatory and costs £10, it’s on the form so you can see where the total cost of the blazer is coming from.
· Fittings-
o For Men; You can either have a tailor come down to the club and take your exact measurements, or you can have the blazer fitted after it’s been made. Alternatively, if you know your measurements, you can provide them and not chose a fitting option. (If you don’t chose a fitting option I’ll contact you when we’re placing the order to get the info).
o For Women; Made to measure is mandatory because women’s vital statics tend to vary more! But… as we’re using less material (hopefully) for the blazer, then the fitting is free.
